Issue Description

This issue of LEXORA: Law Review Journal of Contemporary Legal Studies presents scholarly discussions on constitutional governance, legislative development, and public policy within Indonesia's evolving legal and political landscape. The published articles examine contemporary issues concerning the relationship between state institutions, constitutional adjudication, legislative authority, democratic governance, regional licensing policies, and political dynamics that shape the implementation of constitutional principles.

Through doctrinal and normative legal analyses, the contributions provide critical perspectives on constitutional interpretation, institutional accountability, legal certainty, and the development of public policy in response to contemporary governance challenges. Collectively, the articles enrich legal scholarship by strengthening academic discourse on constitutional law, democratic institutions, and the rule of law.

This issue reflects LEXORA's commitment to publishing rigorous legal research that advances constitutional studies, supports evidence-based legal and institutional reform, and contributes to the continuous development of contemporary legal science at both national and international levels.
