This issue of LEXORA: Law Review Journal of Contemporary Legal Studies presents scholarly contributions addressing contemporary legal challenges across diverse fields of law, reflecting the dynamic development of legal systems and institutions in Indonesia. The published articles examine significant issues relating to criminal liability, environmental protection, human rights, customary law, and property rights, highlighting the evolving relationship between legal norms, public interests, and societal needs.
