Issue Description

This issue of LEXORA: Law Review Journal of Contemporary Legal Studies presents scholarly discussions on contemporary developments in Indonesian law, with particular emphasis on labour law, public administration, social justice, and legal protection within evolving regulatory frameworks. The published articles explore significant legal issues concerning employment relationships, workers' rights, child labour, land acquisition for public interest, and the implementation of social security policies.

Collectively, these contributions provide doctrinal and normative perspectives on legal certainty, fairness, regulatory effectiveness, and the protection of fundamental rights. By addressing current legal challenges and proposing critical legal analyses, this issue contributes to the ongoing development of legal scholarship, supports evidence-based law reform, and strengthens academic discourse on contemporary legal studies.
