This issue of Judiciary (Jurnal Hukum dan Keadilan) presents 10 scholarly articles addressing various contemporary legal issues in Indonesia. The articles examine legal developments and practices from diverse perspectives, including sociology of law, criminal law, constitutional law, environmental law, family law, employment law, child protection, and consumer protection. Several studies focus on the application and development of legal principles in addressing current social and legal challenges, while others analyze judicial decisions, government responsibility, and legal protection within the Indonesian legal system. Collectively, these articles provide diverse perspectives on the development, implementation, and effectiveness of law in responding to contemporary issues in Indonesian society.
