Koleksi seluruh terbitan volume dan edisi sebelumnya.

Issue Description

The inaugural issue of LEXORA: Law Review Journal of Contemporary Legal Studies presents a collection of scholarly articles examining significant developments in contemporary Indonesian law. The contributions in this issue address pressing legal questions concerning criminal justice reform, judicial reasoning, corporate criminal liability, labour protection, and the safeguarding of individual rights within the evolving legal landscape.

The published articles provide doctrinal and normative analyses of restorative justice, judicial considerations in sentencing justice collaborators, corporate liability for environmental crimes under the double track system, legal protection for workers affected by employment termination through the Job Loss Guarantee scheme, and legal remedies for victims of wrongful arrest. Together, these studies offer critical perspectives on the continuing development of legal institutions, judicial practice, and public policy in Indonesia.

As its inaugural publication, this issue reflects LEXORA's commitment to advancing rigorous legal scholarship, encouraging critical legal discourse, and promoting research that contributes to the development of legal science, the strengthening of the rule of law, and the pursuit of justice at both national and international levels.
