De Recht (Journal of Police and Law Enforcement) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by the Faculty of Law, Bhayangkara University Surabaya. The journal aims to advance legal scholarship by disseminating original and critical studies in the areas of law, policing, and law enforcement.
The journal publishes high-quality empirical research articles, conceptual and theoretical analyses, and critical reviews of legal developments. De Recht welcomes contributions from academics, researchers, and legal professionals at both national and international levels.
Manuscripts are accepted in Indonesian and are published triannually in January, May, and September. All submissions are subject to a rigorous peer-review process to ensure originality, academic integrity, and relevance to current legal and law enforcement discourse.
