The journal serves as an academic platform for high-quality research and critical inquiry in law, policing, and law enforcement.</p> <p data-start="1006" data-end="1393">The mission of De Recht is to advance legal knowledge, stimulate rigorous academic discussion, and support evidence-based policy and practice in legal and security studies. De Recht publishes original research articles, conceptual and theoretical analyses, and critical reviews that address contemporary legal challenges and institutional practices.</p> <p data-start="1395" data-end="1678">De Recht operates a <strong data-start="1415" data-end="1451">double-blind peer-review process</strong> to ensure academic integrity and quality. The journal welcomes submissions from scholars, researchers, and practitioners who contribute innovative and relevant insights to the legal field.</p> <p data-start="1680" data-end="2016">Articles are published in <strong>English </strong>and <strong data-start="1706" data-end="1720">Indonesian</strong> and appear in three issues per year, scheduled in <strong data-start="1771" data-end="1802">January, May, and September</strong>. De Recht is indexed with ISSN <strong data-start="1834" data-end="1856">3026-0434 (Online)</strong> and adheres to established standards of scholarly publishing, including ethics, transparency, and open access principles.</p>
